A group of facilitators with varying levels of expertise regularly get together to discuss facilitation techniques, learn from each other, and (who’d have thought) practice their skills in a safe environment.
Better meeting facilitation means less time-wasting, more action-taking, and less overall suckiness.
I will help with the set-up, and possibly facilitate the first few sessions. I can check in a few times afterwards - or not. It's all up to the needs of the group!
